Supply at launch
Anyone can run a fund now.
Raise is a factory of on chain funds. A manager runs a seven day raise, trades a treasury nobody can pocket, and settles with holders on a date chosen at launch. You hold the coin in between.
- 20%
- of every raise lands in a treasury the manager cannot withdraw
- 7 days
- to fill at one price, or everybody gets their money back
- 1%
- fee on coin trades, and nothing on treasury book trades

Extend fund by 90 days
Coin holders propose and bind votes on raises, book names, and extensions. The manager still runs treasury trades until expiry.

Where the money goes
Fixed supply is one billion coins. Of the quote that fills the cap, eighty percent seeds the locked coin market with the float. Twenty percent is treasury AUM. That split is why the coin can trade away from net asset value.
Raise window
- Manager posts at least 10% of cap to start
- VIP, then party, then public phases
- Coins transferable during the raise
- Miss the cap → full escrow refund
Quote on fill
Not AUM. Sets the market with the float.
Manager trades the book. Cannot withdraw.
How it works
Fill or fail
01
Raise in seven days
The manager opens the window after posting collateral. Every coin offered must sell or the raise fails and escrow refunds.
Coin ≠ NAV until expiry
02
Two balances, one fund
Contributors hold a transferable coin immediately. After fill, the treasury holds AUM while the locked pool sets the market price.
No early close
03
Settle on the printed date
Lifetime is chosen at launch. When the clock hits, trading stops, carry is taken once, and holders redeem net asset value per coin.
Holder board
Coin holders propose and vote on binding changes. The manager keeps execution on treasury trades until expiry.
| Vote kind | Effect |
|---|---|
| Advisory | Recorded. Manager may ignore. |
| Later raise | Mint supply at NAV plus premium into AUM. |
| Lift restrictions | Clears pool buy caps. |
| Extend | Adds 30 to 730 days before expiry. |
| Book allow / revoke | Adds or removes a registry name on this fund's book. |
Treasury is an entity
Quote and book assets sit in a contract. Signers swap on an allowlisted book. There is no withdrawal path to a manager wallet.
Coin fee only
The hook takes 1% of coin market notional in the fund quote. Treasury book trades pay venue fees only.
Carry on profits
Managers earn 10% to 20% of profits above high water, in quote, at harvest and once more at expiry.
A fund product on chain
Raise is a factory of funds. Managers launch a coin, run a fill or fail raise, and trade a treasury entity. Holders own the coin and vote on the board.
- Not an agent market
- Not a personality coin
- Not redeemable before expiry
- Not a legal share certificate
